KNOW YOUR TEMPERAMENT...KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

I did a research and found out that there are different types of temperaments and their features. I hope that with all I have highlighted below, you will be able to discover or rediscover yourself. It is very important that you do this, so that you will know and understand yourself better.

Take note that in discovering your temperament, the areas of your strength and weaknesses will become clearer to you.

To help you out on this, below are the strengths and weaknesses of each temperament.

The sanguine is sociable and charismatic.
They make friends easily and they are very optimistic. They are boisterous, confident and  they have a good sense of humour. People always end up laughing around them because they have a way of adding fun and colour to everything.

On the flip side, they find it difficult to keep to time. They tend to be forgetful and sometimes sarcastic. They lose interest when the fun is over.

The Choleric is result-driven, aggressive, energetic and passionate.
They are task oriented and very strong-willed. They always want to "call the shots", this means that they have the tendency to choose a particular way of doing things for everyone.

On the other side, because of their aggressive nature, they sometimes tend to dominate others and impose their will on them. By doing so, they become over bearing to others.

The Melancholy is very organized and schedule-oriented.
They are considerate, cautious and sensitive. They are also highly creative in areas such as poetry, arts and inventions. They are self reliant and independent. Their caution also enables them prevent problems that others may run into.

On the other side of the coin, they tend to procrastinate. Their strong desire for perfection makes it difficult for others to please them.

The phlegmatic  is kind-hearted, consistent, observant, calm, rational and curious.
They are quiet, gentle, patient and warm-hearted.

On the flip side, they could be sluggish and lazy. They tend to prefer stability to uncertainty and change which could prevent them from taking risk, thereby putting them in a state of stagnation.

With the above, I trust  you should be able to know your area of strength and weakness as you consciously make effort to become relevant and successful in todays' world.

God bless you!
